Mews of Mayfair is delighted to announce their involvement with the Hong Kong Tourism Board to celebrate the 'Best of Hong Kong'. The 2-week event will commence on 12th September with an opening ceremony and themed festival on South Molton Street to promote Asia's World City bringing culture, food & wine and fun together. Dawn Page, Director UK & Northern Europe, Hong Kong Tourism Board said: "We are delighted to bring the best of Hong Kong to London; showcasing the vibrant, cosmopolitan fusion of east and west through it's cuisine and culture."
Mews will be running an Asian influenced Menu alongside our A la Carte menu available in the First Floor Restaurant, Courtyard and La Cave from Monday 12th until Sunday 25th September. The dishes have been created by Chef Tsang Chiu King, who is the Executive Chef of the two-Michelin starred restaurant, Ming Court at the Langham Place, Hong Kong. Chef Tsang commented "I am thrilled to be coming to London, a city renowned for its world class restaurants and vibrant dining scene. My menu at Mews of Mayfair will allow diners to experience the best of Hong Kong in London." Chef Tsang will be working alongside Mews Head Chef Alan Marchetti in creating the dishes.
Mews of Mayfair is a restaurant, bar and private events venue located in an enchanted courtyard on Lancashire Court. The traditional four floored Mews building compliments its Mayfair surroundings, with the Art Gallery and La Cave offering additional dining and events space. The First Floor Restaurant serves modern European cuisine and is open for lunch and dinner, closed Sunday evenings. The Cocktail Bar and Lounge open daily, serving a selection of classic cocktails, wines and champagnes. The style of Mews and its location are a direct contrast to the origins of Hong Kong, so Mews is the perfect place to promote eastern cuisine to the western world.
