Mews is proud to host their first butchery masterclass with London's oldest and finest butchers, Allens of Mayfair. Situated in the prestigious Mount Street for nearly 150 years, this traditional butchers shop supply the likes of The Dorcheser, Claridges and The Savoy.
The butchery class at Mews will commence at 11.30am with a demonstration on British Beef. Guests will learn the different cuts of the meat, butchery techniques and skills and the journey from farm to plate.
Following the demonstration, you will be invited for drinks and canapés in the Cocktail Bar while the beef is carefully prepared in our kitchen. Guests will enjoy their steak in a 2-course lunch in our new British Brasserie.

Fill the shot glass with about 2/3 of Tia Maria and then get a teaspoon turn it upside down and gently pour 1/3 of baileys on top.

Irish Cream Liqueur
Pour the crème de menthe into a shot glass, float the Irish cream liqueur on top of the crème de menthe and finally float the Grand Marnier on top of the Irish cream liqueur, creating the colours of the Irish flag.

The evening will start with canapés and a glass of Cloudy Bay Pelorus NV sparkling wine, followed by dinner and three selected Cloudy Bay wines.
The Host for the evening will be Nick Blampied Lane who joined the Cloudy Bay winemaking team in 2003. His experiences in Bergerac and Burgundy, fuelled his passion for great pinot noir and landed him the task of selecting the international benchmark wines for Cloudy Bay's annual event, Pinot at Cloudy Bay.

Mews will be running an Asian influenced Menu alongside our A la Carte menu available in the First Floor Restaurant, Courtyard and La Cave from Monday 12th until Sunday 25th September. The dishes have been created by Chef Tsang Chiu King, who is the Executive Chef of the two-Michelin starred restaurant, Ming Court at the Langham Place, Hong Kong. Chef Tsang commented "I am thrilled to be coming to London, a city renowned for its world class restaurants and vibrant dining scene. My menu at Mews of Mayfair will allow diners to experience the best of Hong Kong in London." Chef Tsang will be working alongside Mews Head Chef Alan Marchetti in creating the dishes.

The Ferrari Opus is a collaboration with original interviews from the most iconic figures including Ferrari President Luca di Montezemolo, Fernando Alonso, Niki Lauda, Jean Todt and Piero Ferrari.
The Opus features over 2,000 spectacular images, including unique or previously unseen archive pictures and will be on permanent display until the first week of September. The Images have been sourced from collections around the world, with exclusively commissioned photo shoots by renowned photographer Rankin.
Two magnificent editions are being shown at Mews where you can also buy your own Opus copy: Classic edition at £2,000 - Cavallino Rampante edition at £3,750 - and the Enzo edition at £20,000.

The Private Room can accommodate up to 16 guests for lunch and dinner, or up to 25 for a standing reception. La Cave, as the name suggests, is an intimate space located in an old mews house ideally suited for lunches, dinners and perfect for wine tastings.
Doubling up as a wine boutique, La Cave has a specialist fine wine collection, all reasonably priced without the inflated mark ups expected of the area. Offering wine to take away and / or settle in for some in house tastings. Wines are stored in custom built Euro caves ensuring perfect conditions at all times.
Being wine connoisseurs ourselves we have dedicated the summer to searching out vaults to create one of the finest selections of oversized wine bottles in the country. Magnums start as low as £55 for a well balanced Cloudy Bay Sauvignon rising to £2,500 for a Sovereign of Rioja holding an astonishing 36 bottles of wine within one large vessel. When wine is not your tipple we also stock a unique selection of large format spirits and champagnes.
To complement our wines we have an extensive selection of Havana cigars available individually or by the box.

For anyone looking for a venue to entertain clients or friends, Mews Art Gallery is the perfect location, with the discretion of a private room and the outside court yard to enjoy the weather, this space is the ideal place for a drinks and canapé party. The Art Gallery can accommodate up to 50 guests for a standing reception.
For a more intimate gathering La Cave with outside space to enjoy drinks prior to a lunch or dinner, is a must this summer. La Cave can seat up to 16 or 25 for a standing reception or bespoke wine tasting.
