


Mew's Head Chef Alan Marchetti is working with Chef Tsang Chiu King, Executive Chef of two-Michelin starred restaurant, Ming Court of Langham Place Mongkok, Hong Kong to create a specifically crafted Hong Kong menu for a limited period.
